This new & luxurious 1,600 square foot, tastefully decorated and well-stocked vacation home offers a quick and easy ski-out via either the Orient Chair or the Morrisey Express which are just moments away, and backs onto the 15th fairway of the Sun Peaks Golf Course which is also part of the east village ski-in during the winter. Also just across the street is the Nordic X Country Ski Centre, snowshoe trail and mountain bike access trail, free kids toboggan hill, and of course the unique Umbrella Cafe.
One of the best bonus features of this new, Echo Landing vacation rental is the electric Tesla recharging station in the long, heated private garage that can fit two regular sized vehicles, along with plenty of storage space for all your winter or summer gear.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with comfy new mattresses, high quality linens, side tables, lamps, wash baskets and lots of hanging space, with room for up to 8 adults and one child. This place is Perfect! The entire house is so well stocked. You need only bring your suitcase. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It’s the coziest home. We did not want to leave! The garage is fully outfitted for all your snowboarding/skiing needs. Andrea is so helpful and responds within minutes.
My family and I highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

It was beautiful and spacious. Fully equipment with everything you would need (even better than my own home:).
It was also very clean and all you would need to feel comfortable!
We also enjoyed the garage where we could store all our gear, dry our gloves and get ready for the day.

This place is beautiful - new, contemporary, stylish, lots of little thoughtful touches, most things high quality and new. The location is perfect too - ski in/ski out. We had absolutely everything that we needed and more than we expected. It truly exceeded our expectations and we hope to go back soon.

Please note Andrea uses a 'dynamic pricing' system that will adjust prices based on demand and property availability, so prices may vary from those listed below.
Ski season (non-core): From C$400 per night, 3 nights minimum
Core ski season:(excluding special holidays): From C$600 per night, 4 nights minimum
President/family week & Christmas: From C$800 per night, 5 nights minimum
Spring and fall rates: From C$250 per night; 2 nights minimum
25% down payment is due upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A Cleaning Fee of $250 + will also be added - inquire below for best and up-to-date pricing.
A refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected at time of full payment. This will be returned to you after inspection of the property.
No pets, no smoking, no large gatherings or parties.
Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before your stay, 50% between 14 and 30 days, less than14 days no refund.
