At this #27 Settlers Crossing Vacation Rental, you will get so much more than just punching in an access code and walking into a vacation rental property. You will also receive a small welcome gift of essentials upon arrival, property access information sent to you five days before your check in, owners available to answer all of your questions as you plan for your Best Sun Peaks vacation, plus local tips and a cozy and comfortable condo set up by people who have spent lots of time living in and enjoying it too!
Situated just east of the main village and right across from the free toboggan hill, snowshoe trails, nordic ski centre, mountain bike trails and both the Morrrisey Express and the Orient chairlifts, this is a dream location for those who want a peaceful retreat and immediate access to the hills. It is such a dream location that the owners also have a lovely second, nearby 2 bedroom Settler's condo (#7) that is also available to rent directly from them for greater savings - great for larger families or small groups.
This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom upper-level Settlers Crossing vacation rental condo sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a single over double bunkbed. The ensuite bathroom is a 3 piece with a roomy shower and the second bathroom is a 3 piece with a combo shower/bathtub. There is also a stackable washer/dryer available for your use.
There is plenty of sunlight-filled seating near the cozy gas fireplace and the widescreen tv, and the dining offers comfortable seating for 6. And there are plenty of great views from the deck with a brand-new private hot tub.
Well-stocked Settler's Crossing kitchenIf you fancy cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you might need, including a Kitchen Aid for you to make all that bread you perfected during Covid. What's more, we now have a Sun Peaks grocery delivery service that will drop off all of the ingredients you need for your recipes. For the mornings, you have a choice of a drip coffee machine or a Nespresso Vertuo with complimentary pods on arrival. If cooking isn't your thing, we can recommend great local Sun Peaks restaurants and an amazing deli that makes delicious meals for you to heat up and enjoy at home.
This wonderful Settlers Crossing Vacation Rental is on the upper level of the complex, and there is a beautiful view of the mountains that you can see from the large living room windows and the new, private hot tub on the patio.
Behind the complex is the Sun Peaks Resort golf course, which turns into your ski in ski out path over winter. It is a beautiful trip off Sundance Mountain, down Rambler, the East Village Ski Way and to right your front door. There's no diving through trees and cross country traverses involved. If the owners can do it, trust us - you can too!

SETTLERS CROSSING VACATION RENTAL
SKI-IN/SKI-OUT:
Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village area, which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of both the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts which are located just moments away. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the main village area or just a short drive.
From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex.
From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down.
Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing.
To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts.
Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.
